[TNS-list] Opting into blended learning

Hi all,
The DOE is going back on their plan to make this quarterly. I urge people
to sign the petition that is circulating (there may be others) and push
back on the date. As well, contact D1 CEC and the Superintendent to let
them know how you feel about this. It's very last minute (typical) and
making parents choose now what 2021 will be like.
