[TNS-list] Opting into blended learning

Dyanthe -
Can you share more about this change to only ONE time this year to be able to opt into blended from remote? Why only one opening? Why not keep at least one opportunity to switch during the late winter/early spring? More information would be much appreciated as we try to weigh our options.
