The deadline to administer the online version of the NYC School Survey is next Thursday, April 25 for all parents/guardians, students support staff and teachers. Please note that the survey will remain open during spring recess starting on April 19. Schools should continue to encourage respondents to complete the survey online through the extended deadline; if you have any completed paper surveys that have not yet been shipped back, please reach out to surveys at schools.nyc.gov<mailto:%20surveys at schools.nyc.gov> by April 18 for an expedited shipping label to ensure processing as the postmark date for paper surveys was April 11.
