<div dir="ltr"><div>Dear Neighborhood School Community,</div><div><br></div><div>I hope you'll tolerate a tiny bit of personal reflection about my feelings.  I'm writing to request help in forming the Parent Teacher Association Executive Board for next year.  However, it occurs to me that with everything going on, this may be a trivial matter for many of us.
