The petitions are posted at <FONT COLOR="#0000FF"> www.ipetitions.com/petition/pspac <a href="http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/pspac"><http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/pspac></a> </FONT> and will be delivered to the New York State legislators in lieu of Albany Lobby Day.  We plan to gather as many signatures as possible, and hand-deliver them to the district offices of state legislators who sit on the education committee.<BR>
