(Crunch Fitness and Dance) is hosting our 2020 Halloween! If you don't know
him, he has an insane amount of energy and positive vibes and it's
guaranteed to be FUN!
He's bringing along guest instructors are going to help lead us through
some dances, and we'll have a costume parade, feature your pumpkin and mask
artwork, and have a dance party featuring YOUR song submissions.
(Seriously, whomever's kid submitted "Master of Puppets," you're raising
them right :D) and other fun activities.

Wear your costume or not, but JOIN US on this rainy and cold Friday (how
appropriate!)!

*Some important forms to fill out! They are required by City and Feds so
please do it or we will have to track you down :PEmergency and Health

(aka the BLUE card we get at the beginning of the year that has no space it
write in )

You need to use a SEPARATE form for each child.

There is also a TNS family survey after the essential things that we NEED
your input on so the school can get information on what families and
students need.

*The Lunch Form*
(aka that carbon copy form Gladys chases everyone down for)
Below is the link to the 2020-2021 application for Free and Full Meals from
the Department of Education of the City of New York National School Food
Programs. Please note that this form must be filled out whether or not your
child eats school lunch.


*FILL OUT HERE: www.myschoolapps.com <http://www.myschoolapps.com>*
You may use ONE online form per household, even if your children are in
different schools.
If you have any questions about this, please contact Gladys at 212.387.0195.

(Note that this is probably how you will get additional PEBT funds for this
fall (see post from yesterday).)
