For remote-only families:

We will begin distributing materials to remote families this week. Materials
will be distributed from 12 - 2 PM on Thursdays and Fridays during the
month of October. Your child’s teachers will let you know the dates that
materials will be ready for pick-up.

For in-person families:

Monthly testing of randomly selected staff and students is a vital part of
our efforts to prevent COVID-19 transmission in our building because it
helps identify positive COVID-19 cases when symptoms are not present. In
order for us to administer a COVID-19 test to your child, we need your
consent. We strongly encourage you to sign and return the consent form,
available on the Covid-19 Testing
<https://www.schools.nyc.gov/school-year-20-21/return-to-school-2020/health-and-safety/covid-19-testing>
page, as soon as possible. Thank you.

Please remember that school is closed next Monday, October 12 in observance
of Indigenous Peoples’ Day.

Warmly,

Dyanthe
