[TNS-list] Coronavirus Updates

Dear Families,

I just finished watching a live webinar with the Chancellor about
COVID-19.  We have been backpacking communication and guidance from the DOE
each week, but as this situation is changing day-to-day, families can also
check the DOE website here:

for
daily updates.  Of course, I will also continue to update families.

I'd like to share several points made by the Chancellor today:

   - There are no directives from the DOE about canceling any planned after
   school activities and events at this time.  The Chancellor said, "We're not
   even close to that."  This means movie night is still happening tonight.
   - We have received additional cleaning materials to ensure that
   bathrooms and classrooms are well-stocked.
   - The building will be deep cleaned two times a week.
   - All COVID-19-related absences will be excused and attendance for this
   year will have *no *impact middle school applications next year.
