[TNS-list] Holiday Fair is Sunday!!

Hello, TNS!!! It's time for all of us to come together to bring our annual
Holiday Fair to life!  It just wouldn't be Holiday Fair without all of
you.  We need you to join us for the fun, and we also need you to lend a
hand.  If you haven't already signed up for a way to pitch in, please take
a minute to *read below* and learn how you can help make Holiday Fair
great.  We can do it, but only if *WE* do it!

*Sign Up to Volunteer*
If you haven't already stepped up, please go to the sign-up sheet right now

Shifts are available on every tab.  There is also a new tab for Set-up
(Saturday 1-3pm) and Clean-up (Sunday 4:45-7pm).

*Help Set Up Your Class Station*
The school is open 8am-6pm on Saturday for set-up (ring bell if door
locked).  Each class should work as a team to set up their station at the
time that works best for them.  They can use the floor plan

the sign-up sheet as a guide.  Please note: whenever possible, use the
cafeteria tables (not the PTA folding tables).

*Donate Food*
Our food menu could still use a little help!  Do you own a restaurant?  Do
you like to cook gigantic quadruple batches of lasagna?  If you can deliver
a large batch of something Saturday between 10-2 or Sunday between 9-1, we
can use the help.  Some random ideas: huge pots of soup/stew; rice and
beans; boiled potatoes with butter; edamame; cooked green beans tossed with
vinaigrette; little bundles of carrot/celery sticks.  Anything healthy that
you can imagine you or your kids eating and that can fill out a meal.  Sign

*Calling All Cupcakes*
At the last moment, a parent has volunteered to bring back the Make Your
Own Cupcake station, but we need cupcakes *WITHOUT ICING*.  Let's go for a
dozen dozen.  If you think you can bake a dozen or two, please sign up here

*Spread the Word*
Finally, help us get the word out to everyone you can.  Tell folks in your
building, at the playground.  Bring family and friends.  All are welcome
for a day of fun, food, and you can even get in some holiday shopping with
our vendors (chocolate, hats, jewelry, knit goods, clothes, accessories
handmade soaps, and more).
