[TNS-list] Deadline for the Survey is tomorrow

Hi Everyone,

TOMORROW IS THE LAST DAY FOR THE DOE SURVEY - WE HAVE ONLY 46% OF PARENTS WHO FILLED IT OUT.  LET'S BRING OUR NUMBERS UP.  WE CAN DO IT.

If you have not filled out the form we will have a couple of laptops in the lobby so you can fill out the survey.  If you don't know your code it's easy to get it online.  It takes two minutes.  The survey takes 6 minutes.

If you have completed your survey but have not mailed it please bring with you and put in the lilac box available in the lobby.  I will be happy to mail it for you.

If you are around during the day you are welcome to come to the office and fill the survey online.  If you want to do it at home go to nycschoolsurvey.org
