[TNS-list] Nominate a teacher for the 2016 Big Apple Award by Monday!

Great teachers change lives - and we know our teachers work so very hard to
make that happen for our children.


There is still time to nominate our amazing TNS teachers for 2016 Big Apple
Awards! Students, families, educators, and community members may nominate
teachers on the Big Apple Awards website

now and January 18, 2016, in recognition for their work, passion, and
dedication to their students and their schools.


 Nominees must be current, full-time city public school teachers who
have *great
teaching practices, improved their students’ learning, and worked to make
their schools better for students and their families*. Teachers who work
with students in *grades 2* as well as *students with special needs *and
English Language Learners will be especially considered.

they win, this means Grant money for their classroom and our school, in

Last year, one of the big winners was a teacher from PS 110 – our very own
