Dear Families,

 

Enclosed you will find a kindergarten application with information on what documents you must submit for admission.

To guarantee a kindergarten seat for your child in September it's vital that you fill out this application and return it to Jimmy Bueschen as soon as possible.

1.                  Read the kindergarten application instructions carefully before filling it out.

2.                  In the instructions you will find a list of the documents that will be accepted as proof of residency.

3.                  Please submit two documents with the application including your child's birth certificate or passport.

4.                  When you take the application to Jimmy Bueschen he will give you a copy of the stamped application..  Please bring it to me so I can make a copy for my records.  This will ensure me who has applied .

 

To help you with this process let's meet

 Wednesday, February 1st , 2012 at 8:30 a.m. in the PTA Room.

 If you can't meet with me on Tuesday call me.  The sooner you do it the better.  Jimmy has several districts applications that he needs to work with so let's help him by giving him our application as soon as possible.  I would like to have all the kindergarten application in by Friday, February 10th
